Entity is now recruiting! Raids Weds/Thurs 7-10 EST with an optional Tuesday heroic raid with the guild. Priority Recruitment -Havoc DH -WW Monk -Ranged DPS What we can offer you **-**Raiding on an extremely light schedule. (Wed/Thurs 7-10PM EST) **-**Raid in a positive raiding environment where players respect each other. **-**Play with others with a similar mind set. **-**Expect to be pushed to succeed and receive Cutting Edge. What do we expect from our raiders? **-**Maintain at least 90% raid attendance **-**Always come prepared to raid with previous knowledge of the relevant encounter, pots, flasks, and your A-game. **-**Active participation outside of raids. This means M+, Heroic raids, and other WoW activities. **-**An attitude conducive to productive and ultimately successful raid nights. We're not looking for drama llamas or divas. **-**Every raider in the guild pulls their own weight. All raid spots are earned and we strive to have very situational aware raiders who, nonetheless, stay on top of their class. **-**Attention to raid mechanics over parsing is the key to success.
