<HC> (Healer Chat) is a Mythic focused raiding guild located on Burning Legion - US. With consistent improvements across tiers, we have proven that raiding numerous hours is not required to stay competitive or stable regionally. However to sustain that competitive edge and stability, we are always on the lookout for potential additions to the roster. We welcome healthy competition and value activity/capability within a role as one of the strongest aspects in a player. Raid Times: We're on a three day progression schedule with an additional day added the first week of Mythic release and another sometime towards the very end of the tier (when we're close to a final boss kill). These two additional days will always be Monday's and there will never be more than two extra in any tier. Tuesday: 7PM to 11PM CST Wednesday: 7PM to 11PM CST Thursday: 7PM to 11PM CST Gold sale runs are ran almost every Sunday at regular raid hours as well. Alongside this, there is a consistent Heroic alt-run on Saturday at regular raid hours with various friends/casuals of the guild. None of these are required to be attended are optional events you may partake in as an applicant. Expectations: Applicants and raiders are expected to maintain close to 100% attendance during all progression content as we do not have an enormously large bench. It is also expected that applicants have a strong understanding of their class and it's various roles. It should be evident that you are putting forth maximum effort in both improving your characters effectiveness and your own performance both in and out of raid.
