General <Slurp> is a newly formed scandinavian semi-hardcore guild project. The guild consists of experienced players with the aim to minmax and push mythic progression with a hardcore mindset, but on a softcore schedule. We are currently only running heroic raids, as we havent got a large enough roster for mythic. We do however aim to be up and running quickly.
Raid times: Wed/Thurs 19:00-23:00 Progression Sunday 19:00-23:00 Optional day/hc etc
What we are looking for As we are currently in a startup phase, we are looking for all players with a simular approach to the game. We are in need of all classes, and will accept new players, aslong as they share our philosophy, and strive to catch up.
We do however require the following of raiders: -You understand Norwegian well, and can communicate well during raids. -You know your class well, and strive to improve. -Within next tier, you are required to have atleast one additional character, at a sufficient level for mythic progress. -You need full uptime on flasks, foodbuffs and other consumables during raids. -You need sufficient knowledge of bosses/mechanics and the role of your class on those encounters. -You have to be flexible in terms of off-speccs and sometimes sitting out on raids/encounters. -You do what you can outside of raids to improve your character. (We do not require you to farm m+ all day, but we are not interested in raidloggers) -You behave in a mature way, not causing unessesary drama. -We require an attendance of atleast 80% (not counting sundays)
Goals While we aim to clear the current tier before future raids, our main goal is to have a strong, well working roster ready for progression for tier 23 and beyond.
