Kraken was formed in the first weeks of Shadowlands. We are a guild with a competitive mindset aiming to play on a high level but with a relaxed schedule.

Raid schedule

• Wednesday 19.45 - 23.00 server time
• Sunday 19.45 - 23.00 server time

Goals

• Since this is a new guild our current focus is to build a stable raid roster of reliable people that are capable of getting Cutting Edge in the later stages of a raid tier.
• Our goal is to get Cutting Edge every tier but we do not compete for world rankings.

Guild values

The core value of this guild is that we respect your free time outside of raids, and in return we expect you to respect the time we spend in raids. This means a few things:

• We do not force you to run M+, PvP or maintain alts if you don't want to
• If you have a busy week and only have time to raidlog we will not ask questions as long as you show up to raids.

In return we expect from you to:

• Show up to raids on time and fully prepared meaning you have pots, armor kits, runes, enchants and everything else you need for a raid ready on the first pull.
• Be serious and have a play-to-kill mentality. It's great if people have fun and make jokes but we are here to kill bosses and that requires focus during the pulls in order to learn the fights properly.

RAID RULES

Loot rules

• Items the boss drop is yours. Items you do not need will be rolled out. Highest roll wins. Main character over alts and Main spec over Off spec. Major ilvl upgrades will get priority over minor stat upgrades.
• BoE - All BoE drops will be equipped by someone in the raid, if nobody wants to equip it we sell it for the guild bank to finance cauldrons/feasts.

Attendance and showing up on time

• We do not have any strict requirements on attendance, we do however require people to sign up to calendar events and tell one of the officers if you can't come to a raid. If you do not sign up to calendar events and don't show up to raid we will assume that you are not interested in raiding at all and your spot **will not **be saved.
• **We will always prioritize people that show up on time, **this includes potential pugs and less optimal raid comps. We only have 6 hours of progress each week and we can not afford to waste the time of 19 people because 1 person was unable to plan their time properly.

Addons

• We use Exorsus Raid Tools and WeakAuras for every fight and you will need both of those addons to raid with us.

Voice

• We always appreciate vocal members who can both communicate vital information during pulls and discuss strategy in between pulls.
