<Snickerdoodles> is a new raiding guild with a laidback atmosphere, but still aiming for good raiding progression.

Open to reliable players of all classes, but currently especially looking for:

** 1 TANK, Balance Druid, Rogue, Holy Paladin (ideally with a DPS offspec), Holy/Disc Priest (ideally with a DPS offspec), Shadow Priest (ideally with a healing offspec)**

Optional Raiding day: Tue 19:00-22:00 CET These are in no way mandatory.

• Good attendance. We expect raiders to be able to attend most of the raids. Absences are always acceptable as long as we are informed in advance.
• A certain level of knowledge. We expect raiders to have an above average understanding of their class, as well as to know boss encounters PRIOR to the raid.
• Good performance. No progression raider wants to feel held down; we expect those under-performing to actively seek to improve themselves before the next raid.
• Be on time and come prepared to raids with consumables and enchants.
• A decent computer with a stable internet connection.
• A working microphone that you're not afraid to use during raids.
• Be able to handle constructive criticism and potentially come up with constructive feedback and suggestions.
• A casual side. We take our progression seriously just like any other raiding guild, however we also want to maintain our relaxed and enjoyable raiding environment while we progress.

• An active and helpful community of friendly players that you can become a part of. We also have multiple people who are interested in Mythic+ and pushing keys. You can find a lot of our people hanging out in Discord daily.
• 2 raiding nights per week with optional raiding days on Mon/Tue.
• Progression through Heroic and Mythic content.
