After jumping 1000 world rankings in 1 tier, the goal for the next tier is to solidly place within the top 500 area, if not higher.

So what does Mithra offer?

An experienced officer team who has been raiding together since MoP.

Two teams: Team Covenant and Team Harvest.

Team Covenant offers:

• A semi-hardcore to hardcore (yet friendly) Mythic raiding environment for similarly minded players. We are committed to raiding according to our schedule and progressing through Mythic to the Cutting Edge every tier.
• Guidance in playing your class, the guild has experienced players who can help you get better at the game if you are willing to put in the effort.

Team Harvest offers:

• A casual, friendly raiding environment where fun is the priority over constant progress. The team starts with raiding Normal and then moves on to Heroic. The team might move on to Mythic once it has Heroic on farm.

Expectations/Requirements (Team Covenant)

​

We are interested in recruiting people with Mythic raiding experience but such experience is not absolutely necessary. However, we do expect our raiders to be knowledgeable of their class and decently geared (but in general we will help with gearing up if necessary).

​

We require our raiders to be adults who have patience and a good attitude. We want team-players, not solo-players. We expect our raiders to use Discord and the add-ons that the raidleader deems necessary and/or useful. Our raiders are also expected to have a high attendance and commit to raiding, to be able to listen and contribute during raids (meaning that they have a decent grasp of spoken English), and have access to Discord chat, preferably with a working microphone that they can and will use if necessary.
