Have played every role and class to some extent in raid this tier - with a focus on better learning and understanding intricacies of each spec in order to develop and optimize raid strategy. Lots of focus on planning, developing and communicating strategies, and then log analysis to continue to iterate. Also work to maintain and develop social and recruiting platforms for the various teams and groups I have been a part of. I firmly believe that you kill bosses as a raid, not as a player - and work to fill in whatever role I can to push the group forward as a whole.
