Maledictus - Silvermoon [A] recruiting for core raid team. 3 Day raiding Wed/Sun/Mon 20:00 - 23:00 (Server). We began raiding at the end of July and have achieved 11/12 in a short time, we want to be very competitive on Silvermoon going forward so we are recruiting more raiders to bolster our roster. What you can expect from us: We have an active officer team who put the time into preparing resources for the team. The officers are very transparent and will always take feedback from raiders. We aim to form a healthy group environment pairing many different personalities while maintaining a competitive mindset. We are a mature guild made up of members ranging from 18+ we have good fun and are very social outside of raid times, you will commonly find people just hanging around discord talking or playing other games in off time. We are a mixed country guild with people throughout Europe and some in NA, however a good ability to understand and speak English is required. What we expect: We expect our raiders to be active and present outside of raid time and putting time into optimizing their class both in gearing and skill. We will not run a huge raid team and although we understand life happens, we expect raid attendance as the rest of the team depend on you. We want players who actively look for mistakes in their play and welcome criticism as everyone in the raid team will make mistakes at some point, so feedback and openly addressing mistakes is important to us. We want players who are motivated on raid days and who enjoy raiding, we foster both an enjoyable and competitive environment, but you must come to the raids ready to play your best as part of a team.
