About Jump Off

**Renamed from I Thought You Said Go, same guild just a new name: **https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/kazzak/I+Thought+You+Said+Go

Raid Schedule:

Monday: 21:00-00:00

Wednesday: 21:00-00:00

Thursday: 21:00-00:00

Recruitment:

We're currently looking for players for season 4. We're looking for any ranged dps other than hunters. We're also looking for one to two healers, we're most interested in priests but would consider other classes. We're open to highly experienced tanks as our RL/tank is looking to switch roles.

If you feel you're exceptional you can still apply to try and replace one of our current raiders.

Our Goals:

We will not split run. We will not require alts.

We want to progress quickly while still enjoying the game and not hating each other.

Raid History:

Our guild has been around for a while now under a few different names, so here's our raid history for tiers completed:

Sepulcher of the First Ones: WR 575

Sanctum of Domination: WR 531

Castle Nathria: WR 710

Nya'lotha: WR 515

The Eternal Palace: WR 522

Battle of Dazal'alor: WR 533

Uldir: WR 753

Antorus: WR 945

Environment:

We pride ourselves on having a decent raid environment, the lower the toxicity the better. The average age of the guild is ~25 and we enjoy a good bit of banter. If someone makes a spectacularly stupid mistake they won’t be yelled or raged at but they can expect it to become a meme for a bit. This applies to all raiders, even the officers. We’re not interested in handing out boss kills, everyone is expected to pull their weight in the raid.

What we expect from our raiders:

We expect our raiders to maintain high raid attendance. Someone who turns up for an easy Wednesday farm raid and then disappears on prog nights will not be in the guild long. It’s important that we have high attendance so that we can maintain a smaller roster size.

Raiders who are going to miss a raid or are running late need to notify an officer or post in the AFK channel on discord.

We expect all raiders to have a working microphone.

Raiders who have been benched need to contactable but they aren’t expected to sit online outside the raid all night.

All raiders are required to have the following addons:

  • BigWigs
  • RCLootCouncil
  • Method Raid tools
  • WeakAuras.

Applying to us:

Applications can be submitted here: forms.gle/axEWAJ3zNqe7atsFA

Applications are typically reviewed after our Monday raid. If you submitted an application before then and haven't heard from us by Tuesday evening we're probably not interested. If you want to follow up on your application you can hit us up on our Discord discord.gg/dCJSBGY

After an application is accepted trials are expected to be on our realm in guild for our next Wednesday raid.

Trial Period:

Trial periods vary in length depending on if we’re doing progression or not. During progression trials typically last 2-3 weeks though the trial may be extended. During farm trials can last up to 6 weeks. Trials are eligible for loot and will not be last on the list. You’re always welcome to request feedback on your trial. If there’s a problem with your trial the officers will let you know what you need to improve. If you haven’t heard anything from the officers you can assume your trial is going well.

If you have additional questions you can get in touch with one of our officers:

  • Guild Master: Jme#2422 (he doesn't want to talk to you, don't add him :P)
  • Raid Leader/Boosting: Aldarana#1273
  • Recruitment: Gravy#8433Discord)|ChickyNuggy#2252(Bnet) <--- Add this guy "Always try to DM me on discord instead of adding me on Bnet"
