Equanimitys story: Equanimity was formed in Season 3 of Dragonflight in which the guild started raiding. At first the expectations were set low, but to everyones surprise, the guild quickly got ahead of the curve, and off we were to Mythic progression. We ended up getting 7/9 Mythic bosses down surpassing old and well-versed guilds on the leaderboards. Now the goal is to get CE in every upcoming raid tier, while still sticking true to our values.

1. Hunger for improvement throughout the guild.
2. No tolerance policy towards toxicity. (personal attacks, outbursts etc.)
3. High-end raid progresssion, where we focus on the problem not the player.
4. Strong sense of community, in- and outside of raids.
5. Transparency in terms of communication, problems and changes.
6. Flat management structure. (minor focus on roles, everyone is treated equally)

Recruitment Openings: Our doors are always open to exceptional and committed players. Even if your class or specialization is not currently a priority, we welcome the opportunity to connect with potential guild members.

Hunger for improvement: We expect that you are hungry to improve your gameplay, both in terms of mechanical abillity and pure throughput. Constant focus on improvement is critical if you want to keep your spot on the roster. As a guild we try to instill this mentality in all our players as to not get comfortable with your/our current position.

Commitment to Raiding: Participation in 90% of all scheduled raid nights is expected, complete with necessary consumables and a deep understanding of each encounter.

Positive Community Engagement: A respectful and friendly attitude towards fellow guild members.

Wednesday and Sunday from 19:30 to 22:30 server time, with a potential third day added during the initial weeks of a new tier for early progression.

• Step 1 - Applying: Fill out the application form in the guild discord, link found below.
• Step 2 - Vetting: If the application is successful, we will pull you into a call where we make sure you align with our values and goals.
• Step 3 - Raid trial: You will get trialed in raid, where your performance, in terms of mechanical ability and throughput will be put under a microscope. The trial process lasts 2-3 weeks.
