Break the Meta The War Within Season 1

IT’S BACK! That’s right, we are thrilled to announce the return of one of the most highly-anticipated Community Mythic+ events each season… on December 10th, let’s BREAK THE META for The War Within Season 1!

Break the Meta has become a staple event of each Mythic+ Season, and this time we’re back with a pretty clear meta that certainly needs breaking. The ‘meta’ for Season 1 shifted partway through the Season, but it has been firmly established by this point. Break the Meta is all about showcasing that even high-level keystones can be completed without a full meta comp… or even a single meta character. So lace up those sneakers, sharpen those skates, and fill up those water bottles (hydration is important, okay?), because we are once more into the fray!

BTM TWW S1 returns with similar prizing as past events, so this is your opportunity to earn the Tempered Banner of the Algari if you weren’t able to via the WoW Esports Program, and Spec Leaderboard winners will receive 60 days World of Warcraft Gametime.

We’re shaking things up a bit with the BTM Prize Bundle you’ve come to know and love. This time, we’re adding an IRL Transmog… that’s right, if you win the BTM Prize Bundle, you get yourself a snazzy new Raider.IO Tshirt on top of the fabulous in-game prizes. Remember, the Prize Bundle is lottery-based, and you earn entries by completing dungeons during BTM Week with Live Tracking turned on through the Raider.IO Desktop App.
