Eve Ascension 3 Registration

About the Event
The Eve Ascension 3 Mythic+ Tournament is a competition showcasing teams of women and other gender minorities as they compete in the traditional dungeon-climbing format popularized by Blizzard's The Great Push tournament series. During the Qualifier period, teams will earn Raider.IO Score based on the keystone levels they are able to complete in time with registered team members only. At the end of the Qualifier period, the top four teams on the Eve Ascension Leaderboards will be invited to compete in the Eve Ascension 3 Championship, a one-day, live-gameplay event to take place on September 30th, 2023 on Tournament Realms. The team with the highest Score at the end of the 6-hour Championship event is the winner.
The Qualifiers will take place on LIVE World of Warcraft servers on the following dates for each region, based on regional server resets:
NA: August 29th - September 14th
EU: August 30th - September 15th
KR/TW: August 31st - September 16th
Registration closes at 11:59pm PDT on September 16th, 2023. Registration will proactively count, so if you run keystones as a team during the Qualifier period, you can still register after the dungeons have been completed and they will count towards your Score.

Eligibility Rules
In order to be eligible, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- You must have an active World of Warcraft Blizzard account that has been in good standing for at least 6 months.
- Your Blizzard and Discord accounts must be synced to your Raider.IO profile.
- You must be a member of the Liquid Women in Warcraft Discord community.
- You must be a member of the Eve Ascension Discord server for communication with tournament staff.
- You must have created a Team of five (5) players using the Raider.IO Mythic+ Teams system.
- Every member of your team must identify as a woman or other gender minority
- If you qualify for the Tournament Championship event, you must be available for the full duration of said event on Saturday, September 30th, 2023. Please do not register unless you are certain you will be able to attend.
Teams qualifying for the Tournament Championship will be announced at 12pm PDT on Sunday, September 17th in the Eve Ascension Discord. Team captains will be messaged directly by Eve Ascension staff and emailed at the registered contact address. Teams will have 48 hours to provide their acceptance of a Championship position. Any Teams who have not replied by 12pm PDT on Tuesday, September 19th will forfeit their spot, and the runner-up Team will be contacted.
By completing this registration form, you hereby confirm that all members of your team identify as women or gender minorities. Any teams found in violation of this rule will have all of their players be disqualified from this and future Eve Ascension events, and will forfeit any prize monies earned.
