< Obsolescence > is recruiting for Shadowlands raiding! We have two raid teams, one dedicated to Heroic (AOTC ready team), and one dedicated to Mythic (Pushing for CE for the first time in Castle Nathria). Current Recruiting Needs for the Mythic team: Ranged DPS. We are full on tanks and healers for raiding, but can always use more for M+ groups. If you apply as Tank/Heal, please be prepared to bring your DPS A Game as well. Current Recruiting Needs for the Heroic team: Healer (Resto Shaman or Monk, pref), Mages. Requirements for Mythic team: We’re a semi-casual team, but expect our players to perform. We’re looking for players with some Mythic Ny’alotha experience (5/12M minimum), and a desire to push for CE in SL. You must have the reliability to maintain a 95% attendance rate, and be willing to sit on the bench if your class(es) aren’t quite right for certain fights, or if we don’t have an opening. Benched Mythic players will be expected to raid with the Heroic raid team to help maintain cohesion and keep getting gear. Must be a team player! Requirements for Heroic team: Be prepared to kick back and casually progress towards AOTC. We're hoping that you'll maintain a consistent attendance, and that you'll show up prepared to raid. This team is certainly more casual than the Mythic team, but we still want to make good progress without wasting too much time.
