We update the recruitment section EVERY THURSDAY with our most targeted classes. <Rain> is a 2 day Cutting Edge (CE) focused guild, lead by former CE and hall of fame officers. If achieving Cutting Edge is not your main focus while raiding, then <Rain> may not be the guild for you. Our main goal with <Rain> is to create a Cutting Edge guild, that respects our players time. We do this in 3 ways... Competitive Raider Spots - All our raid spots are competitive. There are no cliques in <Rain> we bring our best 20 each week and spend the off days auditing and helping our players improve. There is no coasting in this guild and the officer team will make sure no one player is holding the team back. TEAM environment - We are a TEAM at <Rain> and as a team we discuss all boss strategy openly. We ask for suggestions, comb through logs, and review replays/streams of our pulls. We work hard to make sure we always come back stronger for our next raid. Experienced Officer Team - Our officer team is made up of EX Cutting Edge and Hall of Fame players who have years of experience leading guilds. We have a plan for each boss organized in advanced and make sure our team is prepared with proper resources and Weak Auras. Drama is not tolerated and squashed immediately.
