Adelante is a recent transplant to Mal'Ganis, historically a VERY long-standing Arthas guild, raiding since Vanilla and looking for more for current Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible progression (as well as future tiers of course). We are an experienced Mythic raiding guild seeking new recruits who are looking for a semi-hardcore environment that still manages to have a lot of fun. * We are a two-night, EST guild that raids Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00PM to 11:00PM EST. * We are always trying to push for CE each tier and are looking for raiders with the same mindset. * While experienced raiders are ideal, we are seeking individuals with a great attitude, willing to devote the time and effort to learning their class, role, and mechanics! We expect our raiders to be competitive and knowledgeable, and have raiders comfortable with most classes who are always willing to help new members improve. * We expect every player to show up on time and come prepared, with general knowledge of their class/spec along with an understanding of each raid encounter. * Your willingness to interact with others and overall attitude will also be observed throughout your trial period. * Consistency is extremely valuable to us. As we only raid two nights a week, it is vital to maintain a high attendance rate to ensure the best possible progression. Please consider our raid times and whether or not you can attend consistently, prior to applying. * Aside from raiding, our guild members/officers are consistently running keys and ancillary content, and always welcoming to new raiders! * Prior to our departure from Arthas, we were the server's longest-standing guild, raiding every tier since Vanilla. Our recent transfer is due to the unfortunate precipitous population drop on Arthas, so we sought a new home on Mal'Ganis. :) Although we are new to this server, we have a VERY long history of raiding and a lot of longterm members. * Adelante is an inclusive space that strives to make all feel comfortable and welcome. There is zero tolerance to anyone that looks to disrupt this. Any racism and sexism will result in a prompt removal from the Guild. Please be conscientious of our culture - if this is not for you, we invite you to look elsewhere. While we could be described as a "tight-knit" community, we are extremely welcoming to new raiders and seeking like-minded people to add to our roster. :) Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
