Highend progress raider opened up a new guild in the GMT+8 Environment! Raid Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Raid Times: 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM GMT+8 (We raid Sundays since 9.2) Clear focus on Raiding and CE. We do also have individuals who are strongly motivated to push high keys. Aiming for higher rankings in 9.2 (Goal of World 500). A bit of background on us. This guild was freshly formed very late into Castle Nathria (February), yet we managed to achieve CE in Castle Nathria. We also managed to achieve 9/10H and 1/10M in the first Mythic week of SOD and a final rank of Realm 30 and World 771 (up from World Rank 1993 last tier). We have been continuously build and improving our roster ever since we stepped into Castle Nathria and will continue to do so in line with our goals for Sepulcher of the First Ones in 9.2. We currently have a strong Core roster but we are still looking for 1-2 exceptional players which are able to play on high end level and ready to commit. What we expect: Raid preparation which includes PTR testing, theorycrafting, studying fights before we ever encounter them - i.e. not just watching a 10 minutes video and being done. Min/Max DPS which includes understanding your class inside out and being able to play it on a high end level, having a desire to minmax player power & a strong understanding of simulation craft. No drama just raiding. Progression is tough. Group goals over personal goals.
