**Nocturnum **is currently building it's roster for Shadowlands, we're looking to fill all roles and specs so please message an officer in game (see above)

Nocturnum’s Raid Goals is to push for CE every tier. We DO NOT recruit for the bench and alts are NOT required but preferable. We have a raid schedule of 3 days a week at 3 hours a day for a total of 9 hours per week 5PM-8PM EST Tues/Wed/Thurs.

• Attitude above all else!
• Be patient, understand that wiping happens and repetition is the best way to down a boss. Keep a positive attitude during the raid
• Be knowledgeable of your class, spec, and role.
• Raiders will be respectful to fellow raiders at all times
• Raiders are expected to be logged in and ready for raid 15 minutes early.
• Raiders will be prepared and willing to learn any mechanic that happens during the raid.
• Raiders will be mature and respectful of any criticism during the raid and try to correct their play to the best of their abilities.
• Raider’s are expected to put the group's progression above their own parse, mechanics are KING
• Raiders will come prepared for new fights by doing research before raid.
• Raiders will come prepared with all consumables (food, flask, pots)
• If a raider wishes to switch their class/spec/role then they will approach an officer and let them know. Each swap will be evaluated and determined by the officers.
• All absences will be evaluated on a case by case basis because we understand life happens.
• In the event of an absence you will try to give as much notice as possible in the appropriate channel on Discord.
• Excessive inexcusable absences may result in demotion.
• Raiders should be fully prepared to talk and listen on Discord if the situation warrants it. We don’t want to wipe on a boss because someone wouldn’t/couldn’t speak up.
• The raid channel will be forced Push-To-Talk, We also don’t want to wipe because of loud background noise breaking our concentration
• If you are underperforming at your class, spec, or role in a consistent manner then you will be informed by an officer and help will be offered. I ask that you be open to help/advice with a positive attitude
