OBJECTIVE GALVANIZE was created by former CE raiders that came together to make a guild with a more relaxed atmosphere. We're shooting for reliable AotC and pushing into Mythic if circumstances and roster allow. We are casual in terms of the hours we play but we make good use of our raid time. We expect everyone to come prepared - enchanted, gemmed, optimized with a good attitude and an open mind. We do not use loot council at this time but people who are not able to discuss loot and be reasonable about sharing in the spoils or passing loot that's a bigger upgrade for someone else will not do well here. We are a mature guild with many of our players in their late 30s early 40s and working full time, but we are easygoing and enjoy lively banter as long as we can still be dialed in on hard content and kill bosses. WHEN WE RAID: Main Progression Raids Tuesday -(9:00pm to 11:00 Est ) Thursday -(9:00pm to 11:00 Est ) we may extend 30 mins to get a kill here and there. Alt Runs/Fun Runs (which are optional) Saturday - 9:00pm to 11:00pm est Invites start 10-15 minutes prior to raid. PROGRESSION: TWW Progression Liberation of Undermine: 7/8H Nerub-ar Palace: 8/8H | 4/8M DF Expansion (pre-awakened): Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope: 9/9N | 9/9H | 5/9M Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible: 9/9N | 9/9H | 7/9M Vault of the Incarnates: 8/8N | 8/8H | 4/8M CURRENT RECRUITMENT NEEDS: We welcome applications at https://guildsofwow.com/galvanize share our approach to the game.
