Functional has been raiding under current leadership since the Legion expansion. We have prided ourselves on building a culture of close-knit respectful raiders and more recently have made the decision to push ourselves in guild rankings while maintaining the culture we have built along the way.

Progression raids: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9pm-11:30pm EST; Invites at 8:45pm EST.

Optional sale run/early tier normal & heroic: Friday 9pm EST; Invites at 8:45pm EST.

With pushing ourselves comes some expectations we have for raiders and newcomers.

• Players are expected to maintain their characters and partake in all avenues of player power during progression.
• Players are expected to have an understanding of their character's class and spec and be able to play said character to an acceptable level for mythic progression.
• Players are expected to play with an attitude that would be not categorized as defensive or arrogant.
• Players must be able to adapt to boss mechanics and moments of uncertainty during the encounters.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the game and sharing the problem-solving and camaraderie that comes with killing challenging bosses over several weeks of play.
