Hello and welcome to Influenza! One of the largest guilds in WoW, with more than 100 active members that participate in a wide variety of content at different intensities and difficulties! (18+ 😊) For our more casual minded players a casual run is hosted every Saturday, going from 20-23 ST and seeing how far we get. From demon alts, to insane blasters. This raid has got it all. We pride ourselves on being one of the largest and most active Guild's in WoW, boasting over 950 members and a huge volume of raiders (over 1k in discord). We run two raid teams and have a casual raid on Saturdays. Furthermore, we also host a lot of events, PVP and Mythic+, there's something for everyone! Raiding Cutting Edge (Red team) 8/8 Liberation of Undermine- Rank 644 World, 397 EU 8/8 Nerub-ar Palace - Rank 851 World, 511 EU 9/9 Amirdrassil - Rank 884 World, 495 EU 9/9 Aberrus - Rank 1194 World, 651 EU 8/8 Vault of the Incarnates - Rank 1254 World, 711 EU 11/11 Sepulcher Mythic - Rank 1095 World, 639 EU A group with an interesting mix of zoomers through boomers, all striving towards improvement and becoming the best player they can be. Having achieved CE every tier since Sephulcer, our eyes are now on improving our world ranking and aiming towards top 500 after cracking top 400 in EU in Undermine. We have a mix of players across all Europe and have a good balance between jokes and focus. Raiding schedule (Server Time) Cutting edge (Red team) Thursday and Tuesday: 20-23 ST Additional raid days may be added during prog. Usually Monday. Raid requirements and expectations (Red Team) Attendance: We respect that players have a real life they need to attend to; however we expect on the rare occasion that a raid is missed that the raid leader or another officer be informed as early as possible. We plan attendance usually about a month in advance through a Google sheet. Communication: Ability and will to communicate in English (with a working microphone). Mindset: We focus on the team rather than the individual, that means setting aside your wish for personal parses and focusing on doing mechanics and/or other jobs you’ve been assigned. You need the ability to take constructive criticism. Part of raiding is improving as a team, being informed when you are standing in the wrong position or are being hit by an avoidable mechanic is part of that. Please do not take it personally. Preparation: Ensure your gear is kept up to date considering enchants and gems. Show up to raid with relevant consumables. Our glorious raid leader posts a lot of preparation for every boss, and you are expected to have read up on fights before entering the raid.
