TDF is an international guild formed post progression in Nerubar Palace. We achieved Hall of Fame in our first proper tier together in Liberation of Undermine, and hope to build on this progress to climb into the top 200 in the future. Our core consists of a group of players who have played together previously, and have experience of raiding and running guilds going back several expansions.

We raid 3 days per week during progress (Thu/Sun/Mon, 20:00–23:30 server time) with no mandatory alts/splits or overtiming. We have a relaxed but focused environment, and while goal driven, it is to ensure everyone is aligned in terms of preparation and expectations. If we can achieve HoF without getting too sweaty and having some fun together that is ideal.

What to expect from us:

• Raidplans and strategies, but not handholding of what every mechanic does or how to play your class
• We aim to run a roster of around ~25 so while high attendance is ideal we have the flexibility for when IRL inevitably happens
• Dedicated feedback channels to ask for help or suggest things to officers
• A social group playing other games on farm, plenty people playing keys and alts at start of season

What we expect from you:

• You can play all relevant specs to your role
• You will come prepared to raid with fights and your role in them researched
• You are a team player: dps stops/assignments etc will be adhered to strongly on prog
• You are able to speak English and be vocal on discord when required
• You are able to own up to mistakes quickly in raid, we don't mind mistakes if we can all learn from them
• No trolling/ragebaiting/sniping at each other in raid voice or chat

With extra priority on:

• 1 dps warrior
• 1 dps warlock
• 1 dps evoker
• 1 healer (any)
• 1 tank (any)
