• A stable raiding environment with clear direction, all with the aim of the Hall of Fame.
• A helpful and encouraging community to make you and ourselves strive as best as possible.
• High M+ Key Pushing (multiple 0.1% title players every season).
• Open, honest, and consistent communication is crucial. We always consider your opinion and point of view, since we can't succeed without each other.
• A strong social core, both inside and outside of raids. Many members enjoy playing other games and just hanging out together as well.

• Your character should always be maximally optimized in terms of gear, gems, and enchants.
• You should have an alt for splits at the start of the season.
• You should understand and know the encounter at hand as best as possible as a whole, as well as for your spec.
• Bring the required consumables.
• Punctuality is important. Raid invites go out 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• High attendance and reliability, as well as a teamwork attitude.
• A positive and respectful attitude towards others as well as yourself! Despite the guild striving for CE, it is a game that we play for fun.
