About Resolve |

Resolve is a 2 night mythic raiding guild on the Tarren Mill/Dentarg realm group Horde. Our raid days are on Thursday and Sunday, from 20.00 to 23.00 ST. We expect people to revise fights before coming to raid, and bring the best consumables, so we can make the most out of these 6 hours of raiding per week. We offer raiders the chance to contribute to our strategies with open google docs so that a range of ideas can be considered in preparation for our progression. Weak auras and addons are listed prio to raids to ensure each raider can prepare. For raids, feasts and repairs are paid for with the guild bank. Outside of raiding we often run dungeons together and have an active discord community. We also expect our raiders to at least do a weekly key, at a key level that the officers seem appropriate for the time in the tier to ensure each team member is continuously improving. As GM of the guild I have created the combination of a great atmosphere along with consistent progression with chatter and banter for farm/trash. During progression we opt for a more quiet and focused approach, with designated speakers for the appropriate mechanics as well as pre-planned raid cooldowns. Our aim is to improve our preparation and progression tier by tier, while maintaining our atmosphere. We use RCLootcouncil to ensure we make the most out of each loot drop to ensure a fair approach for our team.
