I'm looking for a mature — and at least partially family-friendly — Heroic raiding guild, with moderate or unpressured Mythic raiding ambitions and ideally daily Mythic+ runs, on Argent Dawn (EU).

The need for family-friendliness comes mainly from incompatibility with inserting the f-word in the OMG expression, which I'll elaborate a bit more on later.

Also, seeking skilled Mythic+ teammates, usually in a wide range of iLvls and RIO ratings as I typically have a main that has achieved KSM and/or KSH and other alts working their way toward that.

I'm a veteran dungeon tank, and currently a DPS.

I'm ambitious enough to want to achieve Cutting Edge one day. I read guides from 3 different sources, understand my action priorities well, and spend many hours setting auras -- or the like -- up for those priorities, regularly simulate my characters, and keep myself up-to-date with class changes during patches.

If you are a recruiter for a guild that is making some progress in Mythic raiding and can use an ambitious and skilled veteran player, I'd love to hear from you; Camaraderie is just my personal bank guild. I'm okay with banter, but one important social pet peeve of mine is shoving the f-word in the OMG expression. I do not want to ever read or hear such an expression, so I am not a suitable M+ team member for someone who uses the expression and will have to silently and calmly mute any guild members who write or say that expression. If that is fair enough and acceptable, then all should be fine.

I like on-topic voice communication during M+ and raiding, especially because this helps us avoid wasting time & effort in typing during emergency calls and such, but I must say that I'm a talkative person only with a very select few people in my real life, so I generally like to be courteous and friendly but do not have enough time, or the personal affinity (personality), to engage in long general conversations with guildies or M+ team members with just occasional exceptions. And I say this while meaning well and in a very friendly manner. :)

Some thoughts on my PuG experience, and how I hope my being in an M+ team and/or a guild will improve my gaming experience: I'm generally a nice person who endeavors to be friendly and patient with others, especially healers, but I also hate toxicity and toxic behavior, and unfortunately, there's quite a bit of toxicity and rudeness in the community nowadays. The strangest thing about the behavior of toxic, impatient, and rude people, especially in M+ PuG runs, is that their behavior wastes time for themselves before anyone else, thus lowering their M+ score and getting them less timed keys. They waste everyone's time typing toxic chat lines back & forth instead of focusing on timing the key! And ... they tilt others, thus lowering their performance! You must be a very psychologically disturbed person (or very stupid) to choose shooting yourself in the foot by being rude to others for a useless and very short-lived emotional catharsis, just so you can keep telling yourself that your frustrations or shortcomings are not your problems to solve — others are the only problem; and of course, I'm not talking about you, the reader, I'm just talking generally.
