Aggressive Relaxation is a 2-day progression raiding guild on US-Mal'ganis (Wed/Thursday 7PM-10PM CST)

We are currently recruiting for T30 farm and next tier.

• Monk - Windwalker (Low)
• Shaman - Enhancement (Low)
• Warrior - Arms (High)
• Warrior - Fury (High)
• Any DPS main with healer OS

We share a common objective of raiding efficiently in a relaxed atmosphere. We take our six hours of raid time seriously, but we refuse to lose sight of what matters most– having fun and enjoying the company of friends.

If we recruit you, it's because we believe you can become a valued member of our raid team and will contribute to our shared success. We expect our raiders to maintain a high level of preparation and knowledge in regards to their optimal performance in raid. Though great output is valued, strong situational awareness, properly focused damage, and the ability to learn from mistakes efficiently is what we consider optimal performance.

Every individual who is a part of our team, whether new or old, is encouraged to provide input to ensure our strategies are effective and efficient. As a team, we utilize individual discord channels for each boss to make certain that all of us are able to contribute in a collaborative process about strategies. Projected compositions for each boss are known ahead of time and are posted on a shared spreadsheet. Of course, through the progression of the night, if a different piece is required we will make swaps that are sensible and efficient. We expect all of our raiders to be team-oriented and respectful of each other and the community at large in and outside of raid. Members of our team are not only valued for their skill in raid, but also who they are as people outside of it.

Aggressive Relaxation is a very active guild on off nights, we can be found in Discord on every day of the week, sharing memes, participating in alt raids, running keys, and playing a multitude of other games.
