• To apply you need to have relevant experience. Something to show u are serious and want to push ranks beyond just getting CE. If you are only interested in CE this is not the place for you. Rank up every tier is a goal for us.

Started raiding together 2020-06-03.

This guild was formed late in NYA by motivated players who want to raid and improve both as individuals and as a team over time. We recruit classes and players. Not specs. If you are hard locked to a spec and it is not good on a fight, we will rotate you if the fight doesn't work for your spec.

Wed/Thu/Sun 19:50-23:15(+Mon 6 weeks of a new tier.) For farm, 19:50-23:15 Wed/Thu/Sunday. We start invites at 19:45 and we do a 6 min break for people to refresh.

The following needs to be understood to join this guild

● No toxicity, no drama, no cliques. Anyone promoting such behavior will be removed.

● First 3 resets run keys in-house with the guild to gear the mythic roster up.

● If you don't wanna fill your vault up with keys till you don't need upgrades from said keys, don't waste our time or yours.

● We raid to kill bosses, not to chase parses. Understand the difference and play for the team, not yourself. ● Be intrinsically motivated to raid and show up fully prepared with great class and fight knowledge. It's not a chore: killing a boss is something you enjoy.

● We got a roster larger than 20 raiders and rotation for fights will be a thing here. When making decisions on fights, want to think about how it effects fixing the fight for us a team: not how people feel about sitting one for the team.

● Your attendance is given: unless it’s an emergency, notifying about your absence in advance will be expected.

● Have a working mic and not afraid to respond if needed on voice.

● We will pop augment runes once we have progressed on a progression boss for us or to meet dps checks on bosses. If gold for mythic raiding is an issue, it will not work for you here.

● All loot including BoE's that can be traded will be traded to distribute via loot council/ML. Loot prio will be raiders>trials. And MS>OS. For Boe MS>Gbank. Loot in gbank will either be sold for raid mats or given to someone who actually uses their OS regularly for progression kills. Loot always follows prio DPS>HEALERS==TANKS.
