Indecisive is a guild formed for The War Within, we have the ambition of raiding at HoF level, whilst continually improving our rankings but without raiding more than three times a week. Our progress in a short period of time has been exactly where we hoped – improvement of nearly 200 world ranks in the space of 6 months: M: Nerub-ar Palace – WR 401 M: Liberation of Undermine – WR 209 (HoF) Recruitment: We will always consider all exceptional applicants, but at the moment we have a particular focus on a Main Healer. We would also have strong consideration for a main dps with decent experience of healing. Our guild is striving for constant improvement, and for the remainder of TWW and beyond our goal is to create a strong and dedicated raiding guild that balances progress with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, with the aim of achieving Hall of Fame every tier. We wish to clear all content in a timely manner before major nerfs are introduced while maintaining a schedule that accommodates our members' busy lives. We expect our raiders to consistently perform at a high level, attend raids regularly, and prioritize teamwork and cooperation in all aspects of the game. The guild is led by a group of Hall of Fame raiders who have played together for a number of years, who have raided together at different levels within the top 50. We are seeking like-minded players – mythic raiding experience is helpful, but not essential. The only thing that matters here is skill. We do not want over-inflated egos and we do not want an over-inflated roster, and because of that, we expect at least 95% attendance from you. We offer a serious and well-prepared raiding environment, with a vastly experienced officer team and 21st man raidleader who are committed to improvements, whilst still having room for banter and cracking jokes between pulls. Overall, a good balance between progression and fun.
