Quality Raiding, Casual Schedule
<BCF> is a Mythic progression raiding guild on US-Zul'jin. Our adult raiders share a common vision: a performance focused, CE raiding environment with a reasonable raiding schedule and relaxed atmosphere. We take raiding seriously and aim to achieve CE quickly, but ultimately we value what’s truly important – having fun and maintaining balance. We raid a total of 7 hours a week. We emphasize preparedness to maximize our limited time.
Quality Players
We aim to recruit players who care about improving their performance and are passionate about the game. Players who take the time to prepare appropriately for each encounter and look back critically on their performance night-to-night is highly valued and contributes towards our goal of progressing at a faster pace. BCF does not run a bench. We utilize planned out rotations to ensure that all our raiders get experience on a boss and an opportunity to show what they are capable of. All of our raiders are valued members of our team and are expected to maintain a high level of both performance and preparation. Individually, our raiders stay current with their theorycrafting; as a team, we prepare raid strategy together, welcoming input from everyone on the roster. Our team members know that great raiders not only have strong output but also strong situational awareness. They consistently reflect on their performance and analyze logs, looking for ways to improve.
Great People
Community is everything to us. Members of our team are not only valued for their skill in raid, but also who they are as people outside of it. Our raiders are mature, personable, and respectful within our guild and in the broader WoW community. BCF is a very active guild on off nights.
