Relativity - Tichondrius Raiding Guild [Horde] About Us We formed Relativity at the end of 8.2 to focus on Mythic progress in 8.3 with the goal of achieving CE on a 2 night, 6 hour a week raid schedule. We achieved CE in 8.3, our first tier raiding together, and look to build on that for Shadowlands. We are a late night guild with raids starting at 8pm Pacific (server time). Since we only run progression raids two nights a week, we expect all raiders to come prepared and ready to play their best. Logs will be reviewed and expectations will be set accordingly. Our team is active and online throughout the day with members regularly running dungeons to progress io scores and earn weekly chests. Raid Times Tuesday and Thursday: Mythic progression 8-11pm Pacific (11pm-2am Eastern) Current Recruitment Needs We aim to maintain a competitive roster of 25 players so that we have roster flexibility when people need to miss raids or progression requires specific compositions. All players on the raid roster will be rotated in for kills, although not all will be able to take part of the first progression kill. We achieved CE this tier, our first tier as a guild, and will continue to re-clear the raid. * Our roster is currently in solid shape for Shadowlands. Due to this, any recruit would need a strong raid history to reasonably be considered. This would mean being a top performer in your current guild with history of mythic progression in recent tiers. We take a detailed look at logs for any applicant and specifically look for consistent performance on progression pulls. This means staying alive, using personals appropriately, quickly learning mechanics, and outputting guild leading dps or healing. Recruitment Contacts
