raider expectations:

• Applicants and raiders are expected to maintain close to 100% attendance during all progression content. It is also expected that applicants have a strong understanding of their class and it's various roles. It should be evident that you are putting forth maximum effort in both improving your characters effectiveness and your own performance both in and out of raid.
• You are required to have the following: Weakauras, Bigwigs or DBM, ERT, RCLoot Council.
• We will set requirements before each raid tier and all trials and raiders are expected to meet the requirements by the designated week. You are expected to do extensive research on the upcoming fights, and are encouraged to share and discuss amongst your fellow teammates.
• You are expected to come to raid fully raid ready with consumables. We will typically supply consumables, but should we not be able to then you are expected to have a supply on hand to get you through the raid night.
