<Average> is on Thrall and we raided mythic all throughout BFA and took a break for Castle Nathria, but are looking to put back a roster together for Sanctum of Domination.
Progression: 10/10H 5/10M
Raid Times: Tue/Wed 9pm - 12am CST / 10pm - 1am EST
Goal: Our goal is to achieve CE before the tier ends.
Needs: We are currently looking for exceptional DPS and Healers, bonus if you can offspec into the other. If you believe you can play your class/spec at a high level while committing to mythic raid the rest of the tier than we are happy to have you! We will have more than 20 people on our roster, so everyone has the potential to be benched for a specific week/boss if it serves the group better. Being a team player is an important attribute to have when joining our team.
Requirements:
-Attendance is MANDATORY for all progression raiders. Exceptions can be made in emergencies or with ample notice.
-We understand that real life gets in the way, and is more important than WoW. If you have a conflict one week, we ask you to give an officer as much notice as possible so we can plan accordingly for it.
-Positive attitude, mythic raiding includes wiping to the same boss or mechanics over and over until everyone has it ironed out. Losing your cool can only hinder the group, it never makes the boss die faster. Keeping a good attitude is much healthier and will promote a better raid group.
-Completing one mythic+ 15 key a week.
-Having a complete understanding of your class, and how you can continue to improve your personal play.
Performance is important, and an officer is always more than happy to work with anyone who reaches out. We want everyone to be able to reach their maximum potential, despite our name! If this sort of environment interests you, contact us!
