This is not the environment everyone is looking for and that's okay, we are looking for people who are a good fit for the guild most of all. Our only real expectation is to show up to raids on time with the ability to learn from mistakes and improve. We are NOT a Mythic progression guild, our only goal every raid tier is to get AOTC as a guild. If we go into Mythic as a guild it's typically only for the first few bosses at most.
