We are Phenomenon, a guild on H Mal'ganis. Formed by former US 100 players, our goals are simple: cultivate a community of great minds to explore what is possible on a limited raiding schedule. We are committed to clearing all mythic content each tier, constantly striving to improve ourselves and those around us so that every pull, every week, every tier is better than the one before without overinflated egos getting in the way of progress. We raid Friday and Saturday 7-11pm cst. We almost never add raid days or hours, even during progression unless everyone agrees to extending raid time. We do not require you to maintain alts or off-specs and would rather each player come in and play their main spec at the highest level possible.
