Decent of Illidan is recruiting for dragonflight. Goals for 10.1 -->

1. To achieve cutting edge.
2. Run a competitive roster that rewards those who put in the effort and perform at a higher level than that of 10.0
3. This means you will be continuously improving at your role. If someone is better at your role, and consistently shows up, they will be priority for invites.
4. Keep a positive raid environment that doesn't turn toxic.

Raider Requirements:

1. Near 100% attendance. If not able to attend, this is discussed as far in advance as possible, and marked on the raid invite the week of.
2. 4 m+ keys per week to maximize vault rewards.
3. Pushing to max m+ rating for gear up grades (when applicable)

Raid nights: Tues/Wed – 8-11pm EST.
