DMG was formed initially as a friends guild with the only real goal being to kill the end-tier boss before the new tier released. We really only opened the doors of recruitment to friends, and friends of friends. That changed with the release of Uldir, and we decided to take a more competitive edge; while still maintaining a very laid back atmosphere. We have shown constant growth at a rate with which we're pleased with, but there's obvious room for improvement. Our goal for the upcoming 8.2 raid is quite simple and very attainable: top 100 US.

Play for the team, play for the kill. If you care more about your logs and parsing than you do about the previous two things, we'd suggest looking elsewhere.
