We kill bosses and do keys We kill bosses in the current raid Wed,Thurs 9:30PM PACIFIC TIME till 12:30AM PACIFIC time. We are on nightly for killing things in keys. I don't do Ego's I don't do drama I don't do raging of any form or trash talk. Everyone plays the game for different reasons and all are welcome. Depending on the content or key level not all will be in but when and where we can we will. Play what you enjoy as you will perform better on it anyways regardless of meta. I no longer raid serious and this is a semi-casual guild that has the goal of CE per tier only. This being said ANY main changes need to be approved first and I expect you to grind out 99% of your own gear from keys if you intend to do this. Outside of US 100 or better early on with less gear the Meta does not matter. We decided to raid again and form this team very late this tier. This being said we will kill mythic bosses and progress but most of this tier is building and setting up for next tier. Trials are trials till we decide they are not. We use RCLoot and give the loot to who we feel it will benefit the most for the team regardless or rank. I don't do players who raid log only and expect to get geared from raid. Our ideal candidate for our raid team understands and knows how to gear themselves each season. Our Ideal candidate has earned the .io to be able to pug into keys and fill vaults each week. Our loot prio for each piece will go towards people who 1. Have put in the most time outside of raid to prepare their toons for raid through keys. 2. Are someone already performing at a good level for current gear that it will benefit the most. 3. Is someone who has proven themselves to be reliable and put in time with us. These our our basic tenets when deciding on loot distribution. TO BE A VIABLE RAIDER YOU HAVE TO BE A PERSON WHO DOES KEYS AND CAN DO THEM ON YOUR OWN. IF YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH YOU WILL GET A GROUP OF PEERS WHO ADD YOU AND INVITE YOU TO KEYS. As your .io goes up you will be able to just full pug easily each season. I expect players to be able to do 11's early on in gearing and 16's shortly thereafter. I expect players to gear mainly from keys and vaults. The players putting the most effort outside of raid with keys/vaults and gearing will typically be your better overall players and thus likely get gear out of raid first. We don't rush recruitment or get players in just to fill a roster. I want quality over quantity. We are NOT a "my little pony guild" The only objective of the guild and team is to min max and progress through keys and content every tier. The rest I could care less about. This will either be a fit for you or it won't No hard feelings either way. This is a rebrand of a former multi-CE [US 350-450 level semi-casual] guild.
