Attendance Raiders should maintain close to a 100% attendance and be able to communicate any planned absences or unexpected absences with our Attendance Channel in Discord. Accountability Being able to own your own mistakes. Mistakes are the foundations for growth and recognizing a mistake and strategizing how to improve is something we look for in all roster members.
