THE GUILD:
<Justice> - Area 52 - Is looking for people who want to raid Mythic with CE as the goal in Dragonflight. RAID TIMES:
We are looking for people who are prepared to commit to mythic raiding and must have personal goals that align with the team. This means showing up on time, gearing outside of the raid, and having a mindset of continuous improvement. We expect our raiders to be prepared for progression by researching the encounters and understanding the role they will play in each. We take our time raiding seriously, so we expect every member to bring their best performance and attend every raid. We are also currently actively looking for a flex player to 5th heal when needed.
What Can <Justice> Offer You?
We offer a diverse, friendly, and mature environment for skilled players of all classes who know what commitment and dedication means for the progression of a guild whether it be farming raids or cutting edge content. We take our time raiding seriously. We expect every member to bring their best performance and attend every raid with full preparation. We recognize time is required to do this, and so everyone on our team is expected to do the same. What do we expect of our teammates?
Players that possess an in-depth knowledge of their class which includes, but is not limited to: optimum talent specs, gear itemization, stat priorities, and other choices depending on the encounter requirement. Players that have an acute awareness of their surroundings with a capacity for clever improvisation. Players that utilize raid-ready consumables (potions, runes, kits) Players that take time to research fights before the raid to help minimize the learning curve for new content. Players willing to push themselves outside of raid to continue gearing and improving week-to-week. Players that have good-natured personalities and absolutely no racism or bigotry. We’re here to have fun, not hate.

Is there a trial period?
There is a two-week performance evaluation period that helps us to determine if you are core raider material. Please note that we expect 100% attendance during your trial period, however; we will accommodate any unexpected real-life emergencies. Where do I apply:
