Equity on Area 52 formed in early July 2020 with a core of C/E raiders. After forming we were able to re-clear Mythic Ny'alotha within 5 weeks and continued to bolster our roster. We are currently 8/10M in Castle Nathria. We have built a guild based around our community, wanting to push C/E on an efficient 2 day raid schedule as well as build a large M+ Community. Our Expectations: We are looking for raiders who understand their classes and show up to raid prepared. Being prepared means doing homework and asking questions before hand. Applicants and raiders are expected to maintain close to 95% attendance during all progression content as we do not have an enormously large bench. It is also expected that applicants have a strong understanding of their class and its various roles. It should be evident that you are putting forth maximum effort in both improving your characters effectiveness and your own performance both in and out of raid. Environment: We provide a community that prides itself on being non-toxic, leaving the politics at the door. What to Expect: A performance orientated environment. On progression we will bring the best 20 regardless of seniority, creating a competitive environment where raiders will continue pushing themselves to improve in order to maintain their position. Trials are recruited and put into prog rather quickly. We want you to prove your merits and what you can bring to our roster on non-trivial content. You won't wait to see progression or hard bosses here. A healthy roster of 20+ raiders all held to the same standards and expectations.
