Syn is a friendly and competitive English speaking guild that has been up for four years. Our players are from all over the World and we are very proud of that. We are aiming to achieve solid progress on a light raiding schedule: Recruitment is currently open to the above classes. Exceptional applicants should apply, regardless. [b]Cutting Edge Achievements[b] Xavius Ghuun Jaina Queen Aszhara Please note: we are recruiting tanks for M+ content- any class welcome. [b]What we have to offer[b]: We offer Mythic raiding on just [b]2 nights[b] a week. M+ nights (Tuesday). Firm and fair leadership. [b]Heroic boost gold earning spots[b]. Well organised raids. Meritocratic raiding culture. Diverse and talented players. Subsidised consumables for Mythic Progress (Cauldrons + Feasts + Vantus Rune + permanent Augment Rune). During the first week of raid release, there will be additional raids (Heroic only) until the last boss is dead. [b]What we expect[b]: All applicants must be comfortable with rotation for Mythic raid spots (based on attendance/performance/class). The ability to handle wipes and stay positive. Between 90-100% attendance. Stable computer and internet connection. Fully pre-prepared for boss fights. Able to communicate effectively on discord. Team player ethic and treat your fellow raiders with respect. Competitive and resilient attitude. The ability to accept constructive criticism without taking it personally.
