About Psyche |

Hi, we are Psyche, a newly formed guild on Twisting Nether and our main aim is to get [Cutting Edge] in shadowlands and raid at a high lvl at the end of the expansion. We are looking to recruit people who are excited to work as a team and know how to play their class. Our aim is to get [Cutting Edge] for every raid tier, and we are looking to recruit players who feel the same way! Raid Schedule: Thursday and Sunday @ 8pm-11pm Server time. This could be subject to change to accomodate more raiders. Additional Guild events are Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Monday. These are non-mandatory and usually reserved for alt play or guild social events. We would like to promote a healthy raiding environment for our players and active interaction outside of raids within our discord channel. We also run many Mythic+ dungeons, so don't worry if you aren't geared! What we ask of our mythic raiders: -Being prepared and ON TIME for every raid. -Come prepared with flask,food and oils and potions. -If you are a Melee DPS, we may require you to have a Ranged DPS with a similar ilvl to swap out. -We expect a certain level of maturity and be able to handle constructive criticism. Attendance - As we would normally expect 100% attendance, we can't forget that everyone has their own lives to deal with. If you cannot attend a raid, simply let the Officers know that you aren't attending. Raid Performance - You should be able to play competitively with other players in the guild. As you are expected to perform equally or better than the other players in the guild, Class Knowledge - You need to have good knowledge about your class and spec. You also need to know and understand boss mechanics of current content. Please speak ENGLISH! We are an English speaking guild, though we have players from all over Europe.
