18/02/2019 - The recruitment position's listed on wow progress is for a new raid leader for the next tier and many tiers after. Please don't apply if you have no interest in being the raid leader.

Min requirements;

Proven record of leading a raid of 20 exceptional mythic raiders Ability to work with the GM, and team officers defining tactics for each boss Calm, professional and pragmatic personality Vocal with timers & cool-downs (offensive and defensive) Ability to speak fluent English.

In return, i provide my raid leader with the following benefits

Free guild repairs (5k per day) After tier progress, you have the eligibility to go on break till next tier/expansion. Come and go as you please. Logs - The one person i don't give a flying *** about and would never review (unless personal mistakes are hindering progress) Mythic Mount - 1st person to receive - Yes... even with PL. You won't have to review logs, review peoples performance - as this is conducted by the team officers and GM You will not be responsible for recruitment - As this is conducted by the GM Flasks & Food is provided for all mythic raids.

Welcome to 'Acoustic' (Previously known as Potential on Ravencrest-EU)

The guild consists of ex-hardcore/semi-hardcore players with the desire to raid mythic and clear current content well within the cutting edge timeframe and any nerfs to bosses. We operate in a 'semi-hardcore' environment raiding 3 days per week. We do not split run and there is no requirement for you to have an alt.

Raiding Times Monday 19:30 - 23:00 (Server time) Wednesday 19:30 - 23:00 (Server time) Thursday 19:30 - 23:00 (Server time) Sunday 19:30 - 23:00 (Server time) - Please note; for the first month of a new tier we raid 4 days.

About us Within 'Acoustic', our raiding environment is calm and collected but also serious on progression. Bosses on farm and alt raids tend to have a more relaxed feel to them. I would point out, if you need a "safe space" or if you are a "politically correct" person, this guild is not for you.

We offer you a stable 3-day raiding guild with no desire to push split runs or require you to have an alt (We do have lives outside of wow...) However, despite that, there are many players within the guild who run mythic + / conduct alt raids/transmog runs/old content kills anyway.

What Do We Expect From You A personality. A brain A capable raider of pushing decent rankings while ensuring they can effectively carry out mechanics. Communication - we don't expect you to become the raid leader. However, a bit of communication when its needed wouldn't go amiss. To know your class/spec inside out. We are not here to teach you how to play. Attendance. We understand that not everyone can make every single raid, but we ask for a 95% attendance per month. (excluding holidays etc) A PC that is not of the stone ages. We get it... WoW runs on everything. This doesn't mean; play on the tablet that Moses scribed his 10 commandments on.
