A CE 2 day raidin guild. Our leadership team is experienced at all levels of raiding dating back to vanilla, most of us took a break in BFA for classic and other games. We want to achieve cutting edge for every tier. So you will need to have the same mindset. We like to have a relaxed atmosphere with some banter but when it comes to boss fights, we expect 100% focus. Recruitment: We are always open to exceptional applicants, we value a good player over a specific class, so even if your class is not listed above dont hesitate to apply. Please keep in mind since we are a 2 day guild we start extending a certain point into the tier so preferably you need to have close or better than our current progress. What you can expect from us: A leadership team that has vast experience of raiding at CE level. A structured and organised raid A progression minded group of players that value not only improvement, but fun as well I must stress that while we’re not pushing for high rankings and world firsts, we are expecting to clear each tier on Mythic difficulty and achieving CE at a good pace and improve our ranking each tier. The ranking number doesnt matter too much as long as its moving in the right direction. What do we expect from our players: A thorough understanding of their class and spec and always looking for ways to improve. Being prepared for the raid - This includes turning up on time, with all relevant consumables, learning tactics etc. Be able to take constructive criticism Be active - We’re not a guild that just raids, we also do mythic plus and play other games outside of raid times. Be actively involved in discord discussions. Alts are not requirement - However flexibility to help the guild is a bonus.
