Greetings! Any and all exceptional applications are considered. We're <Heartless>, formed one month into The War Within, with a core leadership with experience ranging from hall of fame to multi-cutting edge raiders returning to the game and looking to achieve our high end goals without the sacrifice to community and time outside the game that high-end raiding usually entails. We're dedicated to building a guild with a strong and engaged roster consisting of people of all backgrounds, not only in terms of raiding-experience. We want to position ourselves as not solely a guild for the (almost) 20 year wow-veterans, but as a community that puts value in personal skill and growth within the team. This means that applications without extensive previous experience are still considered by the officer team, since there's a vast base of players that have a lot to give but might have been shunned or not quite dared apply to other, already very established raiding guilds. We offer a lot of guidance and means of improvement. This which means anything we've learned from our higher end experience is utilized and taught to our raiders, giving you a guild and raiding experience that isn't quite representative of how other guilds with our (current) world rank usually operate.
