Recruitment is open for all classes. Mindset Our goal is to be as competitive as possible. Because of that, raids must be as efficient as possible, while still having a good time. We raid on a fairly tight schedule, which is less than many guilds we compete with. We have an extremely experienced officer team that's played together for many years. We're dedicated to the guild and undertake a huge amount of preparation for our raids, especially during progress. We are a 3-day raiding guild and we raid on: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 21:00 to 00:00 CET At the start of the season, we do include Monday because we do split runs to max out the gearing for the progression! This lasts a couple of weeks, the first month. What can we offer you? • A stable raid environment on a light schedule and clearing all content while relevant. • A guild where members strive to improve and achieve personal and shared goals. • A healthy competitive environment. What do we expect from our members? • We raid to kill bosses, not to chase parses. Understand the difference and play for the team, not yourself. • Be self-motivated to raid and show up fully prepared with great class and fight knowledge. It's not a chore: killing a boss is something you enjoy. • High attendance, teamwork attitude & reliability. We expect nearly 100% attendance. • Ability to understand, speak, and type English! • Reliable & stable connection and PC. • A thirst for self-improvement and strategic knowledge about raid encounters. What can you expect from us: • A fun, passionate, and dedicated raiding team that all share a common goal of efficiently progressing. • A democratic team where everyone can contribute and voice their suggestions. • Consistent raids. • A community of players who play together outside of raids, in M+ and other games. • A fair loot distribution system - ((Loot Council)) - Ensuring loot goes to the correct player where it will benefit the guild the most.
