We're a freshly formed guild, created by Cutting Edge and Mythic raiding experienced players in July 2021 with the goal to clear Mythic difficulty content. We are a friendly and progress focused guild whilst sticking to a 2 day/week raiding schedule.

We are looking for like-minded individuals to join us in clearing the highest difficulty raids and have a great time overall, meaning:

• Progress means wiping, and learning from mistakes (and then doing it better next time). Everyone makes mistakes, and we like our raiders to openly admit to them.
• Playing the game regularly and actively trying to optimise your character.
• Being prepared for bosses in advance of our first progress pull.
• A friendly, positive attitude.
• The raid leader decides the tactic and the execution. Suggestions are welcomed but it serves no purpose to have a discussion "in the heat of battle" on trivial matters.
• Have fun! Enjoy yourself! Joke during trash and farm - we play this game cause we like it not because its a job! But when its progress, be sharp!

As a Guild we will not tolerate any of the following:

-Inappropriate behaviour

-Bullying

-Discrimination

-Harassment

-Hostile swearing, shouting/raging aggressively at others

Any behaviour should be brought to an officers attention privately so that they can deal with it. We appreciate that players may be harmless in the things they say or simply enjoy some genuine banter (joke/s) - however we ask players to be careful before saying or writing anything that may be very inappropriate or hurtful to other Guild members

We are always interested in players who strive to do their best and know there’s always room for improvement. We will consider anyone who has the drive, passion, and commitment to be part of our team. That said, exceptional players are always welcome although we do not recruit people to join the bench, this means we will always be honest with you during the trial period and we expect the same from you.

Because of our light raiding schedule, we believe that preparation outside of the raid instance is equally as important as good performance while raiding. Therefore, it is expected that our raiders stay current on their classes, actively read for tips on encounters, and have a good idea of a progression boss/strategy before we even set foot inside the raid. We value everyone's opinion and encourage open communication among members to try to find good solutions to raid issues, etc.

At the same time, we expect our members to be engaged in the guild socially. We take our raiding seriously, but we also aim to have a vibrant community that makes it fun to play the game regardless of content.

Our raiding schedule is as follows:

Wednesdays 20:00-23:00

Thursdays (off-raid, optional) 20:00-23:00

Sundays 20:00-23:00
