(EU) Ravencrest

Previously <Pink Shorties> on Maelstrom, transferred from a dying server.

We are a core team of 20ish good players who enjoy raiding together and wants to push till the end of all new Mythic content without raiding more then 2 days a week. What we are looking for is to fill up the last 2-4 spots in our raid team with more skilled, friendly and players thats always looking to improve. We mainly need DPS, and 1 Healer. If your a Warlock your chances are even higher.

Exceptional players are always considered regardless of class and spec.

Raiding Wednesday & Sunday 20.00 - 23.00. And optional Normal/HC raids Thursdays 20.00 - 23.00.

What we demand of our raiders:

1. Show up to most raids. And if you can't make it, let the officers know. You are part of a team, it's not just a "show up when you feel like it" kind of thing.
2. Know how to play your class, and be willing to optimise and learn new things if possible and needed (changing specs/builds etc.).
3. Come prepared to raids, not just with consumables and gear, but also knowledge of encounter mechanics and what your class can do on each specific fight. We only raid 6 hours each week, we need to come prepared if we want to accomplish something.
4. Be nice to each other. If you think someone is doing something wrong, offer them help, don't shit on them. We want a nice environment in our guild, especially in raids. Raider performance in raids still matters, but it should be dealt with in a tactful way, not with toxic comments.​
