Is a progression guild on EU-Outland server, playing as Alliance.

Raid times: Wednesday & Sundays - 19.00 to 22.30. The invites will begin at 18.30 (Server time)

We have a relaxed but result-oriented environment. We have obvious rules as behavior, attitude and respect are important aspects no matter where you are. There are people on the other side of those avatars after all. If u can't stick to these rules, then you can't stay in the guild either.

Behavior

• The number one rule in life should also be the number one in gaming; treat other as you want to be treated. That simple. Be helpful, respectful, and not a jerk.

Humor is welcome! If someone is offended by a joke, apologize and move on; if you're offended, state that and then move on. There's no need to go into depth on the matter.

• Adult language in guild chat is permitted within reason. That does not include race, religion, politics, creed, or sexual things. Know the boundaries.
• Religion and politics are hot topics. If you wish to have a convo with someone take it to a private message and be civil.
• If you wouldn’t say it in real life, best to not say it in game either.

Attendance

• Players are expected to show up before guild events. That doesn't mean you need to be in the right spot and waiting for ten minutes, but you should be online and have any and all prerequisite content completed beforehand.
• We only raid around 7 hours a week so we need to be effective with our time.
• If you are going to miss a event you have signed up for, let an officer know you can’t make it. We don’t need to know details, just that you won’t be coming. The earlier, the better.
• Although you are not expected to make EVERY raid a high amount is required to keep us functioning. In the event of an emergency take care of it!

Raiding

• DBM is the required must have add-on. Any other add-ons are up to you.
• Discord is the required voice program.
• During pulls and explanations keep chatter to a minimum. Afterwards feel free to talk or ask questions.
• If you dont need items, link it to leaders so we can /roll it out to other players, highest /roll wins if its for main spec.
• If you find your current role isn’t to your liking please discuss the matter with the Officers.
• If you are struggling with your role/class feel free to ask for help! Rather that than you staying silent!
• Stay calm, don't fail and do your thing!

Leadership

We are five Officers in guild that take care of everything. If you have advice for some bosses in progressing, take it with the Raid leader and he will take a look at it.
