Recruitment:

Currently lacking a boomie really badly, or potentially a disc priest/resto shaman. Additionally, we're looking for a backup or two, in case someone wants to get a re-clear kill and be on the bench when not needed for us during progress otherwise.

About the guild:

Anomalous is a freshly created 3 day raiding guild with a core of previous top 100-300 players.

We wish to stand out among guilds by way of our leadership structure - We value open discussion and transparency. The raid "team" will, indeed, be expected to play *as a team*, by being included in various decisions and discussions. The fabled officer chat is something that won't see a ton of use in this guild, as we try to phase it out in favour of simply being a raid team, rather than an officer-centric team.

Goals:

Our current goal is to build a strong core for upcoming tiers - As we continue, the goal of the guild is to climb as high as we can while ++only++ raiding on a 3-day raiding schedule. No extra raids during progress. Potential to go down to 2-days after progression is done.

What we're looking for in our applicants:

• Able to handle constructive criticism, and show improvement after having been given said criticism.
• You're vocal. If there's something that needs to be said and you notice it, we don't want you to be afraid of speaking up. Raiding is a team effort, and we expect you to uphold that.
• Be fully prepared for the raid. We expect you to do the research necessary to kill a boss; be it the information we provide or research you do on your own. We understand that many of us learn by doing, and as much as we try to accommodate that we'd like you to have some prior knowledge of the relevant fights.
• Be able to attend our scheduled raids in a timely manner. Raiding with 19 other people is a commitment, so we expect you to plan your life around these 3 days. We expect you to be online for raid. You join the guild to commit to 10½ hours a week, so we expect you to be there for those 10½. We have no real expectations outside of our raiding hours, as long as you can keep up your skills as needed.
• Good knowledge of your class, gear, and all relevant specs. If needed for the fight we expect you to choose the optimal spec and play it well.
• Teamwork attitude. You play for the guild, and most importantly for the kill. Not for your own personal rankings or goals.
