<Alacrity> is a 2 day raiding guild on Kazzak EU.
We have formed as a core group of friends, all cutting edge raiders from world 300-800 guilds, who have a similar mindset towards raiding and have decided to create a guild to enforce said mindset, and in order to get our guild within this world ranking.
We are very serious during raid hours and are committed to having good, consistent progress, in order to achieve cutting edge. Raiding 2 days comes with some drawbacks, which the guild aims to overcome through great performances during our short time in raid.
Raid Times – All of our raiding hours are based on SERVER TIME Wednesday ¦¦ 7:00 – 10:30PM Thursday ¦¦ 7:00 – 10:30PM Sunday (Optional / Boost Run) ¦¦ 7:00 – 10:30PM
Recruitment As we are newly formed, we are looking for applicants who find that our guilds aims resonate with them, and wish to join us on our journey to getting cutting edge. Our specific needs in terms of recruitment are listed below, however, all exceptional applicants will be considered, regardless of class.
Expectations • Near enough to 100% attendance – whilst we are aware that IRL exists, we would appreciate good warning that you won’t be able to attend and aim to attend every single raid as our time is extremely valuable. • The ability to perform at a good level, executing your rotation whilst also executing mechanics, as one without the other is essentially pointless. • A positive attitude, with the ability to take criticism on the chin and adapt to changes to strats in good time • Being social and joining disc – we are all friends, and this will be essential when recruiting, because we don’t want to raid with people we don’t get along with, as we’re sure you don’t as well.
Your expectations • We will offer stable progress and a good atmosphere • Our players play pvp, m+ and other games too, so we are a highly social guild
